Press Release for Donald Glore and Jacqueline Wilcox:
On 9/9/2025, the Lucas County Coroner’s Office performed autopsies on the bodies of 61-year-old Donald Glore and 61-year-old Jacqueline Wilcox. The cause of death was found to be Thermal Burn Injuries and Smoke Inhalation for both cases. The manner of death is pending fire investigation by Toledo Fire Department. At present, no foul play is identified or suspected. Donald Glore was pronounced dead at University of Toledo Medical Center on 9/8/2025 at 7:17 am, and Jacqueline Wilcox was pronounced dead at the scene of injury – residential house fire – 3000 block of Dorian Drive, Toledo, Ohio on 9/8/2025 at 7:04 am.
