Press Release for Xander Epps:
On 8/24/25, the Lucas County Coroner’s Office performed an autopsy on the body of 14-year-old Xander Epps and found the cause of death to be a stab wound to the chest. The manner of death is ruled as homicide. Xander Epps was pronounced dead at St. Vincent’s Hospital on 8/23/2025 at 9:30 PM.
