On August 8, 2025, at 5:57 p.m., 47-year-old Keith Johnson was dead at the scene of an incident at the Key Bank, at 5037 Suder Avenue. The Lucas County Coroner’s Office performed an autopsy on the body of Mr. Johnson on August 11, 2025. The cause of death is gunshot wound of the head. The manner of death is classified as suicide.
