Autopsy on the body of Jovontai Highsmith, a 32-year-old black male, was performed at the Lucas County Coroner’s Office on April 8, 2025.
The autopsy revealed gunshot wounds to the head, neck, and chest.
The cause of death is multiple gunshot wounds.
The manner of death is homicide.
