Enrollment: How to Enroll/Make Changes

Lucas County Employee Benefits offers an online benefits enrollment system through Steele Benefits at:  www.aflacatwork.com/lucascounty. All medical/prescription drug, vision, dental, basic life, flexible spending and voluntary insurance benefits are completed online.  It is accessible from your computer, laptop, smartphone or any electronic device. Enrollments must be completed within 31 days of employee's hire date or date of the life event, or you will not be eligible for coverage until the next open enrollment period.
