On June 25, 2025, Ashley Fonseca was transported from 1225 South Byrne Road in Toledo to the University of Toledo Medical Center. Ms. Fonseca was declared dead on June 26, 2025 at 7:47pm. An autopsy was performed at the Lucas County Coroner’s Office on June 27, 2025. The cause of death is multiple gunshot wounds. The manner of death is classified as homicide.
