Everyone knows that LMHA housing has higher crime in those developments. I suggest having limited roadways that branch into other neighborhoods. By installing fencing to keep those that don't live there out and resdents safer. With security access points and a database of residence profiles for those people that live there. Including registered vehicles and ID identification credentials authorizing those persons access. If persons are not registered by these means of background checked credentials even as a guest they can't enter and they can't stay for more than a certain length of time. Since the living arrangements are state/county funded vehicles should be subject to search in accordance with maintaining law. These means will allow police to more effectively do their job. In the event of a shooting the perimeter is locked down until the suspect is apprehended.
