On 11/10/2022, the Lucas County Coroner’s Office performed autopsies on the bodies of 47-year-old Angela Baldwin and 47-year-old Scott Baldwin of Toledo, Ohio.  The causes of death were found to be Multiple Gunshot Wounds for Angela Baldwin, and Gunshot Wound to the Head for Scott Baldwin.  The manner of death is ruled as a homicide for Angela Baldwin and suicide for Scott Baldwin.  Angela and Scott Baldwin were pronounced dead at their home residence in Toledo, Ohio on 11/9/2022 at 12:36 pm after emergency services responded to a report of a house fire.  An investigation by the Coroner’s office is ongoing into the role that the house fire may have played in either death.  The case is being investigated as a murder-suicide by Toledo Police Department.
