The cause of death of John Graves, 24 years old, who was shot in Sleepy Hollow Park in Toledo, has been ruled as multiple gunshot wounds. The manner of death is homicide. Toxicology studies are pending. Death was pronounced on 5/16/21 at 8:26 pm.
