Our mission, as a division of Human Resources under the Board of Lucas County Commissioners, is protecting Lucas County employees, citizens, and tax dollars.

We oversee all insurance matters for Lucas County and work to reduce the frequency and severity of workplace injuries by developing new safety policies, procedures, processes, and providing continuous trainings.
