The Lucas County Division of Child Support Services is committed to serving the families in our community by providing quality child support services through establishing parentage, enforcing support orders and collecting and disbursing child support. Our goal is to ensure that families receive the financial support to which they are entitled.

Note: There is a gray drop box for payments. Please provide all requested information to ensure proper credit for your payment.

Note: All payments should be payable to OCSPC and include the Payor's Name, Payor's Social Security Number, SETS Case Number (10 digit number that begins with 7), Order Number, and amount that should be applied to each order/case (if more than one order).

Clients that need to communicate with the Division of Child Support Services are encouraged to utilize the web portal by visiting: Child Support - Customer Service Portal or contact us by phone at 419-213-3000. You may fax documents to 419-213-8591.

Administrative Hearings - will be conducted over the phone. You will be contacted by an agency representative with further details and instructions.

Due to confidentiality concerns, our staff will no longer be able to give out payment information over the phone. In order to check the status of a payment, you will need to log in to the Ohio Child Support Web Portal and create an account if you haven't already.
