Hours of Operation
The Juvenile Justice Center Building is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Legal holidays as provided by law are observed. Juvenile Traffic Court is held every Friday at 8:00 am.
Effective September 7, 2022, the Juvenile Clerk's Office will be operating under Temporary Reduced In-Person Operating Hours. The Clerk's Office will be open to the public for in-person filings between the restricted hours of 8:30 am to 11:30 am - Monday through Friday. The office will be closed for in-person filings and payments between the hours of 11:30 am to 4:30 pm. There will be a drop-off basket for filings and filing fee payments at a self-serve station located outside of the Juvenile Clerk's Office for use by the public during the hours that the office is closed. In person child support payments will only be accepted during open hours of operation. The Clerk's Office will continue to be reachable by phone for questions at (419) 213-6744 daily between the hours of 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. These temporary modified hours of operation are expected to remain in place for no more that 60 days from September 7, 2022.
Court sessions run from 8:30 am to 11:30 am and 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm. Judges or Magistrates may schedule hearings at other times at their discretion.
