Online service fees credit card, debit card, and eCheck payment methods will incur the following service fees by Forte Payments: For credit/debit cards; 2.50% of total of the payment amount (minimum fee of $1.95) for all credit/debit cards, or for all electronic checks; (eChecks). $1.50 flat service fee for transaction limit of $5,000
