Welcome to Toledo-Lucas County Health Department Environmental Health Division website. The Environmental Health Division is the section of the Health Department responsible for inspections, permits, and licenses.

The Division has over 50 different programs covering such diverse areas as food, wells, septic systems, manufactured home parks, public swimming pools, and a multitude of other environmental health responsibilities.
