Day-Two Trainings focus on Applying Bridges Concepts
The goal of this seminar is to review the skills, policies, and procedures that enable organizations and communities to become more skilled in working with individuals who are in poverty. Organizations designate groups of 3-5 comprised of executives, managers, front line staff, and customers/consumers who attend as a team. Teams identify individual, institutional, community and policy barriers to achieving goals, and propose changes to increase success. This seminar is based on the book Bridges Out Of Poverty: Strategies for Professionals and Communities a collaboration between Ruby K. Payne, Philip DeVol, and Terie Dreussi Smith.
