Is your home 50 years or older? Are you in need of free, expert & impartial renovation advice? Would a low-interest home equity loan help you make those important home improvements?
If you answered yes to these questions, the Heritage Home Program may be right for you! In partnership with the Heritage Home Educational Society, the Lucas County Land Bank offers the Heritage Home Program in Lucas County.
The Heritage Home Program can help you maintain and repair your home with free technical assistance, contractor recommendations, and access to low-interest financing. Every property in Lucas County that is 50 years or older and current on property taxes is eligible.

Are you interesting in requesting technical assistance for renovations or repairs to a property that you own? Please download and complete the form below and return it to the Land Bank. A Heritage Home Program representative will contact you regarding eligibility and next steps.

NOTE: If you schedule an appointment with the Land Bank for technical assistance and need to cancel, please provide at least 24 hours notice. If an appointment is not canceled 24 hours in advance, the property is no longer eligible for the Heritage Home Program.

The Heritage Home Program in Lucas County is pleased to partner with Waterford Bank, N.A. / Genoa Bank / BetterBuildings Northwest Ohio to offer low-interest financing to qualified homeowners for eligible home renovations.
