Engineer Responsibilities

Your County Engineer, Keith G. Earley, and his staff are responsible for the
maintenance and improvement of:

  • 160 bridges on county and township roads
  • 258 county culverts
  • 210± miles of county storm sewers
The County Engineer and his staff also provide engineering services
for the 11 Boards of Township Trustees who maintain:

  • 325± miles of township roads
  • 250 township culverts
  • 200± miles of township storm sewers
The County Engineer and his staff also keep records of:

  • over 400 miles of ditches
  • high water and flood events
  • road plans, intersection details
